Version 5 · Effective Date: August 21, 2026
Mutual Loop ('Service') is a platform that helps Android developers fulfill Google Play's closed testing requirements (12 testers × 14 days) through mutual testing.
The service operates on an escrow point system, mutual installation verification, and a 5-stage kanban workflow.
The Service is operated by an individual (the 'Operator'). Unless otherwise stated, references to the 'Operator' in these Terms mean the individual who actually operates the Service.
This service is available to individuals aged 18 or older who hold a valid Google account and are Android app developers or users willing to participate as testers.
Users must be able to comply with the laws and regulations of their country of residence.
Accounts are created exclusively through Google OAuth; password-based authentication is not provided.
Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
Suspicious account access must be reported immediately to support@mutualloop.com.
Points are purchased through Paddle and used to open and participate in projects.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are held in escrow when a project is opened.
Points are distributed to participants upon successful completion of testing.
Points expire one year after purchase.
In addition to one-time point purchases, the Service may in the future introduce recurring (subscription) paid plans. If such plans are introduced, the billing cycle, auto-renewal terms, and pricing will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation does not affect access already paid for; the subscription simply will not automatically renew afterward.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ('Paddle') as the Merchant of Record. Receipts and card statements may display Paddle's name rather than the Service name, and payment-method inquiries may also be directed to Paddle customer support.
Users who join a project must complete testing within the agreed period and submit verification screenshots.
Penalty points may be assessed for non-cooperation, fraudulent verification, or early withdrawal.
If an opener fails to properly manage settings required for testing (such as Google Groups) and this prevents participants from proceeding with testing, the opener may also be subject to forfeiture of escrowed points and penalty points.
Accumulated penalty points may result in service restrictions.
The following are strictly prohibited: submitting false screenshots, impersonating another user's account, verifying tests using bots or automated tools, intentionally disrupting projects, and exploiting service vulnerabilities.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or account withdrawal under Section 13.
The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the service.
Significant changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
In the event of service discontinuation, unused points will be refunded.
The Operator is not liable for any delay or failure in providing the Service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, power or network outages, or outages or policy changes of third-party services such as Google Play or Paddle.
This service is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
The operator does not guarantee fulfillment of testing requirements due to changes in Google Play policies.
The Service only facilitates mutual testing between users; the Operator makes no representation or warranty regarding the conduct of other users or the safety or legality of any app provided by another user.
All intellectual property rights in the Service's source code, design, trademarks, and logos belong to the Operator.
Users retain ownership of content they upload, such as screenshots. By uploading such content, users grant the Operator a license to use, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including testing verification and report handling.
If a user's violation of these Terms or applicable law causes damage to the Operator or a third party, the user agrees to indemnify the Operator for any resulting claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to these Terms will be communicated via in-service notice or email in advance.
When a substantive change is made, the version number is updated, and existing users will be required to re-accept the revised Terms at their next login before continuing to use the Service.
Except for minor changes, continued use of the Service alone does not constitute acceptance of revised Terms — explicit re-acceptance is required.
Users may request account withdrawal at any time from My Page ("voluntary withdrawal"). In addition, an account may be automatically withdrawn if accumulated warnings reach a threshold set by the Operator ("warning-based withdrawal"). The Operator may also directly withdraw the account of a user who has materially violated these Terms or applicable laws ("operator-initiated withdrawal").
Regardless of the reason for withdrawal (voluntary, warning-based, or operator-initiated), all points held by the user — whether granted as event rewards or purchased — are forfeited in full and cannot be restored thereafter. Any purchased points not yet reflected due to a processing delay at the time of purchase will be forfeited in the same way as soon as they are credited.
Following voluntary withdrawal, the same Google account may rejoin the Service after a waiting period determined by the Operator. Accounts withdrawn due to accumulated warnings or by the Operator generally cannot rejoin, except where the Operator grants an exceptional reinstatement; even in such cases, points already forfeited will not be restored.
If the user has an open or joined project at the time of withdrawal, escrow points may be immediately refunded or forfeited, or the project may be immediately marked as failed, depending on its stage.
